Stress is inevitable.
It’s effect on you doesn’t have to be.
90% of all doctor’s visits are related to stress, which means MOST of you are here due to stress.
Stress is ubiquitous in our culture, and it’s taking its toll. And the advice to “reduce your stress” has gotten you nowhere. It’s impossible to reduce stress, the external world is happening to you, and you have little control over that.
What you DO have control over is your stress RESPONSE.
In this series of articles, I will discuss how you can build internal stress resilience so that you can (more) gracefully move through tough situations without becoming burdened by disease and burnout.
