Healthy Weight Loss (& Recipes!)

I will not promise you a quick fix.

No “lose 10lbs in 10 days” or “how to lose belly fat fast.”


Because they NEVER WORK.

Fast weight loss sets off alarm bells in the body. It’s simply not set up to favor drastic changes in calorie intake or output, and will adjust accordingly to slow it down. Making an already challenging task even harder.

There is no world in which denying yourself of nourishment is beneficial.

I will never ask you to count calories or macros, or do seven HIIT sessions a week.

I will teach you how to nourish your body to foster health.

How to transform your relationship with your body toward one of trust and compassion.

How to finally stop dieting and white knuckling your way through life such that TRUE health can emerge.

The weight itself is of little concern to me. How you FEEL in your body, how well you nourish your body, how kind you are to yourself are so much more important than the number on the scale.

Because ultimately, how can you be healthy in a body you hate?
